MICADO passed the half-life marker and went through its first periodic review. Given the ongoing pandemic the meeting was held completely online, 35 people registered among which our project officer and two other reviewers.
The meeting was an occasion to convene all partners together. The meeting lasted all day with presentations from all WP followed by questions and comments coming from the review panel. Progresses made were impressive given the boundary conditions.
The event was a show case of resilience against the difficult times we are facing, whilst being keen regarding the next phases of the projects, where we aim to resume working together, in person, and meet new people interested in our developments with whom share our vision of clean and safe nuclear decommission.
